Stichting Offlimits reported an increase in online-bullying complaints and said manipulated AI images are being used more often to humiliate young people. The organisation warned that Dutch young people, including minors and adults, are being targeted on a large scale. Hundreds of TikTok accounts were said to circulate humiliating manipulated videos of students, including through formats described as “guess the student” and “shipping” accounts.
