Henk and Marrie Eringa bought an old building in the center of Sneek nine years ago and converted it into a home. The building was initially little more than a construction site, and their grandson reportedly thought they were going to live in a barn. Although Henk felt the project was too large and did not like it at first, the couple did not regret the purchase.
