Ferron de Jager, 24, bought the historic fishing vessel Tholes 5 for a bottle of gin and plans to restore it. On Monday morning, the vessel was transported by low-loader from Middelburg to a yard in Arnemuiden, where De Jager is completing the restoration. He hopes it will sail again in 2028.
