A titleless painting by Herman Brood was added to the national art collection, 25 years after his death and shortly before what would have been his 80th birthday. The inclusion marked official recognition of Brood as an artist.

The work has a small hole and was made using a syringe and paint rollers. It depicts the Tax Administration.
