The Swedish real estate company Heimstaden is addressing maintenance problems at a home on Wenckebachlaan in Groningen. The action followed an earlier publication in which the Socialist Party (SP) raised the matter in the city council. Heimstaden said it wanted to resolve the problems quickly.
