Heating at a residential complex in Dordrecht had reportedly been broken since February. Electric heaters were distributed to all residents during the week, but 86-year-old resident Irene Bruurmijn remained worried about coping if temperatures fell below freezing. She said the cold would leave residents in a very difficult position.
