Hattem wants to build a two-metre-wide cycle path on a dike. Bert van der Stoep of the outdoor and tour company Rekreaned, located next to the planned path, told the highest administrative court in The Hague that he feared accidents at the company’s entrance and could be held liable. He argued that the cycle path should not be built.
