A court in Hasselt has declared the criminal proceedings against Dutch criminal John H., 68, from Sint-Willebrord, and the so-called Teacher’s gang inadmissible because reasonable time limits had been substantially exceeded. The judge announced the decision on Friday morning, allowing the defendants to go free.
