Hans Zandbergen, 69, who is terminally ill, made a final visit to a casino in Rotterdam with his daughters, assisted by Stichting Ambulancewens. He had wanted to play on a bingo machine once more.

He had previously visited the casino weekly with his wife, Ellen, who died 21 years earlier. The visit was described as a tribute to her and as a day he and his daughters would not forget.
