Hadrian, a Dutch cybersecurity company, has reportedly raised $40 million in what was described as the second major investment in a Dutch cybersecurity company this year. Investments in start-ups and scale-ups worldwide appear to be growing only marginally despite the increased threat of cyberattacks.
