Geurt van de Beek, 74, from Voorthuizen reportedly drove a DAF Kalmar in the 1970s. The special vehicle had been used by the postal service in Scandinavia and remained in his possession. With help from his son, Van de Beek and his 72-year-old wife, Gerdie, are now driving around in a Kalmar that he completely restored. The vehicle can reach 95 km/h.
