An Amsterdam court ruled that a 42-year-old man from Almelo must be surrendered to Germany in connection with the death of a 35-year-old Dutch man in Rees. The victim, who was from Enschede and used a wheelchair, was found strangled in a hotel room after travelling to Germany for a fireworks show.
