A dispute between beer brewer Royal Swinkels and a Georgian business partner was heard by the Enterprise Chamber in Amsterdam. The Georgian party wants an investigation into the progress of Swinkels’ takeover of a brewery in Georgia. Swinkels acquired the brewery in 2024 for many tens of millions of euros, but the parties soon came into conflict.
