Fugro CEO Mark Heine warned that the temporary slowdown among offshore wind farm developers in the Netherlands was having structural consequences for the offshore industry. He said service providers were scaling down and ships were being withdrawn from the market. Heine said that if the situation was not addressed, offshore capacity could have moved abroad by the time the Netherlands was ready to resume work.
