French customs seize thousands of THC sweets bound for the Netherlands

French customs seized and destroyed 3,560 packages of sweets containing THC that had been sent from the United States and were intended for the Dutch market, according to the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF). The packaging resembled products from a well-known European brand and allegedly infringed its trademark rights. OLAF warned that the appearance could lead consumers to mistake the sweets for ordinary candy and said the products did not comply with European rules.
