The former Shell site in Rijswijk is planned to become a neighborhood combining housing, workplaces and green space. The project, called “At the Park”, is intended to develop into a campus for students, first-time buyers and innovative companies, with residential towers of up to 11 floors. The first homes are expected to be completed in 2027.
