A 45-year-old man from Valthermond was fined after posting a Facebook message saying that Prime Minister Rob Jetten deserved to be shot. Jetten reported the post, which was described as inflammatory and discriminatory.

The man said the remark was meant figuratively, as an expression of disagreement, and said he had considered his accompanying term for Jetten relatively mild.
