FC Den Bosch prepared for home match against MVV

FC Den Bosch was set to face MVV at De Eliert after winning against Jong AZ and TOP Oss. The team, coached by Bart Schreuder, had made a moderate start to the season and was seeking a third consecutive victory.

Supporters also wanted the club’s posters for its home matches to be displayed, but only two were ready. A local artist was making one poster for each home game, with only the practical information fixed and the rest left to the artist.

FC Den Bosch were due to host TOP Oss at De Vliert in the derby that opened the second period of the Kitchen Champion Division. FC Den Bosch coach Bart Schreuder said he was looking forward to the match, for which extra loudspeakers and lighting had been installed around the pitch to enhance the atmosphere. The match was set to be the first between the clubs in three years to admit away supporters. TOP Oss were allocated 100 places in the away section.
