Adding an extra grave for a Moluccan veteran to Leiden’s municipal administration at Rhijnhof meant that compensation for families of Moluccan veterans was lower, because both came from the same budget. Leiden’s city council wants to resolve the issue and is seeking the €8,000 that is currently missing.
