Moshtag B. reportedly told police that he planned a revenge action after becoming agitated by his (ex-)girlfriend’s alleged adultery. He was described as the person behind the deadly explosion at The Hague Wheat Camp, where six people were killed. He was also said to have kept watch on the woman.
