The municipality selected sports entrepreneur Footy to develop new facilities at Sportpark Drieburg in Amsterdam-Oost. The plans include three five-a-side football pitches, three padel courts, an urban outdoor course for children, an after-school facility and a clubhouse for athletes and visitors.

The facilities will be built on a site previously used by a basketball club that has moved away. Construction is scheduled to begin in autumn 2027.
