Several political groups in the European Parliament said during a debate with EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas that they no longer consider “hybrid war” an adequate term for the situation in the Black Sea. They referred to suspected Russian drones that had struck Bulgarian ships and to drones Romania had shot down in recent weeks.
