Several environmental services still do not meet requirements concerning their organisation, despite having been expected to achieve their goals by 1 April. State Secretary Annet Bertram of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management said she was giving them until 1 July next year and would discuss the matter with the services that had not fulfilled the requirements.
