Entrepreneur Ruben Marsman from Elst has bought part of the grounds of De Michaelshoeve in Brummen. The estate had recently been considered as a location for a large asylum-seeker reception centre, but the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA) dropped those plans this summer.
