A court in Zwolle annulled Enschede’s permit for events at Airport Twenthe, the fourth time such a permit has been struck down. The ruling was issued two weeks earlier. Alderman Barry Overink said the municipality regretted the repeated legal setbacks and does not intend to stop events at the airport. He said the applicable rules change frequently.
