A woman reportedly stayed for months with family and friends near her workplace instead of at home, but claimed travel expenses more often than permitted, receiving more than €3,500. After her employer dismissed her, a cantonal court initially ruled that the dismissal was unjustified. On appeal, the company was upheld, and the woman must repay more than €15,000.
