A total of 1,326 Dutch hotels have joined a mass claim against Booking.com, according to Koninklijk Horeca Nederland (KHN). The hotels are seeking compensation for losses they say were caused by clauses that prevented them from offering lower prices elsewhere. More than 18,000 hotels across Europe have joined the case.
