Danny Nozell, the manager of the late singer Dolly Parton, voluntarily withdrew the lawsuit against her cousin Bryan Seaver, according to a statement filed earlier this week at a court in Nashville. Representatives of both parties had not commented on the circumstances of the withdrawal.
