During Amsterdam Dance Event, the DJ School in Amsterdam-Oost taught beginners and aspiring professionals to DJ. Students included Richel, who learned to combine house and techno after starting with no experience, and Martijn, an account manager who performs as DJ Maui outside work. A visitor from Calgary also came to Amsterdam to attend ADE and learn at the school.
