Some regions in North Holland were reported to be making insufficient progress on agreements to generate renewable electricity. In provincial politics, D66, Volt, GroenLinks and PvdA called for the provincial government to take firmer direction to encourage municipalities to do more, while coalition partners VVD and BBB were reported to be reluctant to pressure municipalities.
