The provinces of Overijssel, Gelderland and Flevoland are seeking nearly €4 million from supplier Surtronic over the failure of digital bus stop screens. Surtronic is counterclaiming more than €6 million. The dispute is due to reach the courthouse in Almelo on Tuesday.
