The closure of the Sint Anna community center in the Annawijk neighborhood of Helmond caused frustration and anger among local associations. The associations were left without a venue and feared for their future. Alderman Boris Kox said that a quick solution did not appear to be in sight and that the municipality could not guarantee a resolution in the short term.
