A man on a metro train reportedly shouted that everyone had five minutes to hand over their phones and wallets. Marcel van Roosmalen and his 11-year-old daughter were on the train. Passengers appeared to ignore the demand, while the girl became frightened after accidentally making eye contact with the man and believing he was watching them.
