The Amsterdam Court does not expect to be able to hear the appeal next April in the case against Klimmuur Amsterdam. The case concerns the death of an 11-year-old boy who fell 14 metres during a children’s party on 3 November 2023.

According to the lawyer for the boy’s relatives, the proceedings are exhausting for them and the delay in the appeal is emotionally difficult.
