Brede School De Driemaster was officially opened in the Zeeheldenwijk on Urk with the ringing of a golden bell. The building brings regular primary education, special education and childcare together under one roof. The different groups share an entrance but have their own spaces and sometimes meet inside the building. According to regular-education director Ruth Koffeman, the organisations also try to work as one team so that children notice as little as possible that they belong to different parts of the school.
