David Knibbe, the chief executive of Dutch insurer NN Group, is leaving to become chief executive of Euronext. He succeeds Stéphane Boujnah, who resigned in May.

Euronext owns the stock exchanges in Amsterdam, Brussels, Milan and Paris.
