Daniella van der Wagt, 55, developed blurred vision and lost sight in her right eye after being diagnosed with multifocal choroiditis (MFC), a rare inflammatory eye disease. She had to stop working and continues to live with the risk of new inflammation. She is seeking contact with others affected by the disease while trying to preserve her remaining vision.
