Chef Dani Hoefnagels, 28, and his partner Romée, 26, are starting a concept in which guests can later join them in their living room. Hoefnagels said the dishes would remain of top quality, while the atmosphere would become more intimate. He also said the concept would allow him to watch his son Miles grow up.
