A Los Angeles judge ruled that Olivier Martinez retains custody of his and Halle Berry’s 13-year-old son, Maceo, after Martinez accused Berry of physically assaulting the boy. The judge designated Martinez’s home as Maceo’s primary residence, and he lives with his father most of the time.
