Crystal Hefner, the widow of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, reportedly alleged that her husband engaged in sexual misconduct in 2017. She said he tried to push the heads of twin women against each other’s vaginas.

Hugh Hefner died at the age of 91. The allegation concerned conduct that Crystal Hefner described as occurring across borders.
