Entrepreneurs and online shops have been dealing with the European Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) since August. The regulation aims to reduce packaging waste and encourage reuse, but entrepreneur and guest writer Dave Verzijl said it is counterproductive in combination with free shipping and returns.
