The Dolfinarium in Harderwijk does not have to pay periodic penalty payments imposed after allegations that dolphins, walruses and seals displayed unnatural behaviour during shows. A court rejected two of the three penalty-payment orders imposed by the State Secretary for Nature last year. In the third case, the Dolfinarium changed its working method.
