Contractor Twan van Stippent bought a neglected corner house with a garden on Tunnelweg in Wijchen for €200,000 through his construction company. Residents had watched the property deteriorate for years, and in recent months young people had reportedly been breaking into it and gathering there. Van Stippent plans to resell the house this year and hopes to make a profit.
