The Foundation Smoke Prevention Youth, together with pulmonologist Wanda de Kanter and lawyer Bénédicte Ficq, filed a new complaint against tobacco manufacturer Philip Morris. They accused the company of fraud and deception in its marketing of an electronic device that heats tobacco.

They alleged that Philip Morris presented the product as a healthier alternative to conventional cigarettes despite its harmful effects.
