The Rotterdam court sentenced a 66-year-old man from Rotterdam to 150 hours of community service for causing a traffic collision in Zwartewaal on 30 January last year. He had failed to give priority to a bus at the intersection of Groene Kruisweg and Kraakweg.

A 15-year-old bus passenger, Naomi, died as a result of the collision.
