An ambulance carrying a patient to hospital with lights and siren was involved in a collision with a car on Prins Alexanderlaan in Rotterdam, near traffic lights. An ambulance worker was injured. The car driver was allegedly under the influence, did not have a driving licence and was arrested. One report described the collision as the ambulance hitting the rear of the car, while another said the car crashed into the ambulance.
