Utrecht reintroduced its cold weather shelter arrangement on the evening of 5 November, the first time it has been activated that autumn. Homeless people can use the shelter on Savannahweg during cold nights, with space for up to 200 people.

The temporary daytime walk-in facility next to the Lutheran Church has also reopened.
