◆1 source
The Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA) and the municipality of Harderwijk faced each other in court over the length of asylum seekers’ stays at the asylum seekers’ centre on Count Ottolaan. Harderwijk is seeking penalty payments from COA of up to €8.19 million, arguing that asylum seekers stayed there too long.
