Clear Slendebroek reportedly won the opening marathon of the season at the Jaap Eden rink in Amsterdam on Saturday night. The Team Royal A-Ware skater crossed the finish line alone after Jillert Anema’s marathon team had said during its presentation that it would make its presence felt again this season. Slendebroek also has ambitions on the long track.
