Twenty-seven pupils from primary school De Torelaer in Reusel joined Mayor Annemieke van de Ven for the Mayor’s breakfast at the town hall on Tuesday morning. The three aldermen of Reusel-De Mierden also took part. The municipality used the event to highlight the importance of starting the day with a healthy breakfast. The children were served bread rolls, cheese, mandarins, milk and coloured eggs. They had cycled to the town hall and said it had been very cold that morning.
